Need a funny t-shirt for cheap? Plus, win one!

What makes your favorite T-shirt? All my favorite tees are the funny, clever ones. Headline Tees asked me to do a review on one of their hilarious T-shirts. Of course I obliged. They are right up my brain alley, between the cognitive part and the pleasure part. You know the G spot. The Giggle spot, pervs!

It was a difficult task to pick just ONE t-shirt. I loved a ton of them. I'll go over some of my favorites and then show you the one I ended up with.

The History of Headline
"Headline Shirts was founded in 2005 in a dusty, ramshackle garage in San Francisco. (All of which is true except the thing about the garage.) Having started at the peak of the Bush years, our early t-shirt designs reflected the mood of the country -- politically charged and kind of crazy. Before long, though, we found politics to be a bit polarizing. So we set about making intelligently funny tees that everyone could enjoy -- be they a pussyfooting Hollywood liberal or a gun-crazed redneck from Waco."

"Davinci Rock Man"  This was  patiently waiting for the right hands and brain to put it together. How perfect is the original position of the Davinci Man for this spoof? Too perfect. I'm glad someone put it to good use, as this is pretty clever. I know some anatomy and physiology majors who would   appreciate the humor in this one, as much as I do.

ESSENCE Makeup Review! An affordable German based cosmetic company.

                                                   MODeling Essence

Essence, Owned by Cosnova, is a German based cosmetic company who started their line in 2002 and  soon distributed in 55 countries. The most popular in 10, being in Europe. It says to have expanded throughout North America, but i'd never heard of them until now, so I was excited to try them out!  It's just now making headway into Canada as well.

I had the chance to try out a few things from Essence. Their website and playful colors really drew me in. I told the PR that I had fair skin, dark hair, and blue eyes and I wanted something that would complement the combination.

Essence sent me 3 products from their September 2012 line.

Cruelty Free Makeup!

It all started in my early twenties when I read my first issue of Adbusters. I was rudely awakened out of my blissfully ignorant bubble. Seeing what those animals are subjected to for the sake of vanity, made me a blubbering idiot. I cried harder and harder with every turn of a page. My roommate that year shed a very bright light in my face and it hasn't dimmed since.

Shadora bracelet review

Recently, I tried out a piece from the jewelry store, Shadora.

This jewelry store showcases simple, elegant pieces for only 30 days at great, discounted prices. Once that cycle is up, a new set of deals go up. I don't have to tell you they go fast.

The PR of Shadora inquired what my sizes were. I said I had a thick wrist and needed something that was 8-9 inches, and I was sent this bracelet for review.
