Pixi Beauty Portable Holiday collection unboxed.

Earlier, I mentioned that the new Pixi Beauty Holiday portable collection came out, including the portable contour palette. Well, I got to try it out! It really is so compact, yet full of everything you will need for tons of looks. Perfect for the Holiday and every day. From casual to a night out. It is definitely versatile and a keeper.
This review includes an FOTD and swatches galore!

The package came with their Contouring, shadow and highlight palette,  Endless silky eyeliners and ink pen, nail polish and Matte lustre lippies. As well as the Glow Tonic that is raved about a lot. Stay tuned for a separate review on that.

1. Glow Tonic 100ml $15.00
6. Mattelustre Lipstick Plum Berry - Full size  $12.00
7. Nail colour - Full size $8.00
8. Cat eye ink liner - Full Size $14.00

Pixi packaging usually comes in their beautiful trademark green, but for this specific holiday collection, it is a pretty rosey color, adorned with golden ornate holiday design.

The contour palette, which includes eye shadows and highlighting shades, are buttery smooth. The formula was very pigmented and easy to handle. I would say they were on the chalky side, so make sure you blow off the excess before applying. The color pay off is worth it though.

For this look I used the silky eyeliner. They have a very nice ink liner, but I prefer something smudgeable and easier to "draw" with. The Endless silky pen is amazingly smooth and buttery. If you have a precise hand and can wing out like nobody else, then the ink liner is for you.

I used all 6 shades for this brown smokey eye and the darkest shade went over my eyeliner. I absolutely love the highlighter for my tear ducts and up into the inner crease. The brown is such a true chocolatey brown. I highlighted just below my eyebrows as well, with the lightest shadow color.

I did a light contouring and topped off the whole look with Pixie lippie in Rose Naturelle. This look works for the Fall, Winter and Holidays nights out. I would do a lighter smokey eye for day time.

Feast your eyes on the rest of the collection and Swatches galore!

Eyeshadows, Contouring and highlights.

Top to bottom: Cat eye Ink pen, Endless silky eye pen in Slate Grey. (Both waterproof)  Matte Lustre Lippies: Petal Pink, Honey Bare, Bitten Rose, Rose Naturelle.

Endless silky eyes: Black, Black Cocoa, Deep Plum, Slate Grey.

An all around gorgeous portable holiday collection, with everything you need for easy travel.
